How to order?

To make any orders please state the product type and the number of the product i.e., Bag 12 and then contact us using the form on the contact page or email us directly at info@jkcollections.co.uk and we will get back to you. Once we have received your email we will send over prices and the sizes available along with an estimated processing and delivery time. 

Minimum order/Bulk orders/Production/Processing time
 

We understand that customers like to purchase items in bulk, which is why we cater to bulk orders, just simply contact or email us with the number of items you would like. Please note the minimum order for bulk orders is 15.

Each item is carefully created so production time may vary but we aim to have your item ready as soon as possible. 

Processing/delivery time depends on where you are located around the world, but we assure you that you will be kept in the loop about all orders and processes/delivery time.  

Pre - Orders/Sizing 

At the moment we only take pre-orders. We have a variety of sizes and cater for all people. If the size you desire is not there then we may be able to arrange any custom orders, this will only be for sizing inquiries.
